By participating in COMMONGROUND events, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All participation is voluntary, and you assume all risks associated with attending events.
• COMMONGROUND hosts and organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during events.
• You agree to follow event guidelines and respect other participants to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• You understand that COMMONGROUND does not conduct background checks and cannot guarantee the behavior or intentions of other participants.
• Participation may be declined or revoked at the discretion of COMMONGROUND if rules or safety standards are violated.

By checking the box on the membership page and attending events, you release COMMONGROUND from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
